being in the middle of this myself with my contour, ie installed a SVT "body kit" and getting my whole car painted I would agree with everyone else and just buy a SVT.
I followed through because I got a good deal on the "kit"

You can mod your current car.. but its always going to be a Slushbox.
Save up and buy an SVT.

My laptop sucks. After I changed the motherboard out (I had a broken headphone jack, and pinmodded it while I was in there), the numpad section doesn't work anymore. The "num lock" light comes on, but nothing happens
So I have to bust out Character Map (Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools) to do common special characters, like ° and �
