I have these on my car. The stopping power is definately an improvement over the stock ones.
Perhaps its the placebo effect when buying cross drilled rotors and new pads. I currently have carbotech racing pads on my tour and when the brakes are pressed, they stop on a dime - and I have the regular SVT rotors.
