In what way: drag, handling, topspeed? Also, do you mean fastest out of everybody, or just the naturally aspirated guys.
Somebody in a Contour LX with a 100 shot of nitrous has run a 13.8, but I have never seen a timeslip. Of those that have proof, I have run a best of 14.1, and a few others have gotten very low 14's.
Quickest normally aspirated contour was SVT2000 with a 14.7.
