What does installation involve with these splitters? How do you connect them to the car?

if its like the svt splitter, its pretty simple. there is 3 peices of aluminum that connect to the splash shield and to the bottom of the spliter. also, 2 flush mount screws that screw into the bumper.

I haven't seen what the splittr actually looks like but I was asked to make this. I'm assuming this is what it would look like on a pre-98.
