Actually, I think you get 1 PSI at 100 MPH, and 4 PSI at 200 MPH... and 1/4 PSI at 50 MPH. Proportional to the square of the speed. So if you want 30 PSI, you only have to go about 550 MPH, not 3000 MPH.
