Ok, Ok. Don't cry every one. This situation is ripe for some questions.

How about the Non-Spring Zingers sending us some info on why the could/would not attend. Just general reasons no deatils about moms' roast and babies crying.

Also, how about an indication of things to look for in future Zings?

Make the best of a bad situation. Anybody consult the mailing list to check for concentration of CEGers near the Zing location?

That's my input.

BTW, I didn't commit to Zing simply for timing issues. Likely I would be Kicked out of the USA cauz of our support for the USA in Iraq anyhow!!!

Honestly, because there is no real purpose. I just love reading posts from the website. I just love the website, but to travel is too much of a hassle, and besides it puts miles on the Tour.

I thought about it, but it wasn't in a place where I could warrant traveling to for it. If it were in Chicago or the likes I'd be down. A show that gets a ton of media coverage is hard to pass up too....... Maybe 3 SZ events,,,West Coast, Central and East Coast SZ's? They'd get a lot more numbers over all IMO

Yea i must agree....if spring zing were difinded by regions instead of one location it would be much better....you know, yearly each region has an event then like every other year, or even once every 5 years we canhave a nationl meet or 2 seminational meets, one for east coast and one for wwest cost.....Theres a buch of things we can do.

But i feel what it comes down to is location for most.

Me too! I can't take leave whenever I want to so it has to be on special occasions. I'd like to go to a SZ but distance and timing is the biggest issue with distance being number one. I am in TX right now, but I'd be happy to go to any local meet in the area. 300 miles for the weekend is pretty much the limit, 500 for a holiday weekend.

THere should be some sort of planned meets in 4 different regions. East,West,South,NOrth. Just a suggestion, i know i am very interested in Big events like nationals and gathering a lot of CEG user togther but i love WAYYYY over in ORegon. The westcoast people, myself i live in Oregon, are planning a meet in portland and theres a few amount of people coming from the south and north. Maybe something like this in the different regions could happen? But then again there arent really that big of events going on in EVERY region. Hm, something should happen where mostly everyone can make a huge meet possible...thatd be cool

I think we had tried that before but neco didn't se to egar iirc. I posted on neco in the illinos section about the national meet being here in chicago and didn't get much of a responce from them and this was after alot of them complaining about cougar fest being too far away.
