Well, Big Jim, even still does that equate to almost 700 dollars in service?

If you were to pay for most of the things I listed on the link, you could easily spend $700.00. That is one of the reasons that many of us do these things ourselves.

If this is more than you can comfortably spend at one time, split it up. Do part of it now and more of it on the next oil change.

Also, as someone else suggested, ask what they will do for that nearly $700.00. If you still have questions about what they want to do, people on this forum will be happy to help you understand so that you can make an informed decision.
