It's just two days later and look what I got:
Just letting you know that your SVT Contour ID tags went in today's mail so they're now in the hands of the postal gods. To avoid damage your tags have been packaged in a bubble-wrap envelope which is classified as "oversize" mail. As a result, they get sorted manually (i.e. slower) and not by machine - the automatic sorting machines have a habit of damaging the tags. Please let me know when you get them, thanks.

Turn around time of 7 to 10 days, my a$$! Too bad all GB's don't go this smooth.
