Adjust Shift Cables- Where to Buy Gearshift Lever Aligner?

Just as the title says. I'm using the Ford CD to adjust my shift cables and it says that I need a Gearshift Lever aligner. Looks like it holds the gearshift in place as the shift cables are aligned.

Do I need this? (where can I get one?...dealership doesn't sell them)
What have you guys used?

You don't really need the alignment tool, imho. Although I do have one myself. Just release the cable ends and then center the shifter. Then release the cable ends.
