Well forced induction engines are assumed to be right around 0.75 BSFC. The Noble engine is running at 0.55 BSFC, at about 450BHP. So here is my logic...
Noble (what works)
450x0.55 = 247.5lbs.
247.5lbs/6 injectors = 41.25lbs/hr, Nobles run the 42# Lightning injector, but the tune runs them at about 47lb/hr
My build
500 x 0.55 = 275lbs.
275lbs/6 injectors = 45.8lbs/hr, a bit much for the 42# injector, but doable.
Now here is the more buffered approach...
550 x 0.65 = 357.5lbs.
357.5lbs/6 injectors = 59.58lbs/hr, putting me at 60lb injectors
59.58lbs/hr x 142% = 84.6lbs/hr (based on the AFRst, E85 requires 33.6% more, however the norm seems to be use 42% as a buffer)
So I've contacted TRE Performance about buying 6 RC 1000cc injectors. However in the end I will probably tune my car first to run on 93 pump gas and then switch over.
