I basically only know the 89-97 (MN12 chassis) models. From what I've seen:
Stock times...
89-97 3.8L - 17.0+
91-93 5.0L - 16.0-16.5
89-95 3.8L S/C - 15.6-16.0 auto
89-95 3.8L S/C - 15.0-15.5 5-speed
94-95 4.6L - 15.9-16.2
96-97 4.6L - 15.5-15.9
Those are just average times for what I see mainly. Those are in good conditions too. When mod'd though they can be pretty quick. A good friend of mine has the fastest street legal MN12 in the country. It's 95 Tbird, full weight of 3900 lbs, full cage, still has a/c and power steering and all that, runs 10.5's in the quarter. That's the problem, they're just so heavy. I don't think I've ever seen a stock SC weigh any less that 3950. The MN12 applies to the Thunderbird and the Mercury version of the Cougar. The FN10 chassis is the Lincoln Mark 8 which is 90% the same thing.
As for 0-60...I don't recall the exact times off hand...but slow! My 95 originally had an open differential with 3.08 gears and about a 2100 stall converter. They just weren't made to get up and move.
