Nope, it means ford will not cover the recall.
The car WAS built in Kansas Plant
the car IS in minnesota
The car IS less than 10 years old
the car DOES have less than 150k Miles
Unfourtunatly for me, the car IS an SVT.
Ford wants 610 to replace the 1(YES 1) Spring and do an Alignment.
I said no, i will do it my self.
Like I said before, I would want them to SHOW me the recall information stating that a SVT is NOT covered. Cause from what I read on the site, it should be because it doesn't not exclude any specific model.
I tried doing the same thing, both my front ones ended up breaking. Each spring broke at the top and bottom. Looked into the recall, went to the ford dealer, and I was told the same thing the SVT is not covered.
Kind of sucks, but it was good excuse to get some lowering springs!
