I got the rear end links and sway bar bushings from Josh at PRT last week, and I had asked him to add in a set of bushings for the front sway bar as well. So what I got were two bigger bushings set in brackets, and two very small bushings that aren't in any brackets. I've emailed him, but while waiting for a reply I figured I'd throw this question out here too. Are the really small bushings for the rear, and the bigger ones with brackets for the front? I'm somewhat confused. Thanks for any help on this.

Well if I understand your question, the front bushings are the smaller than the rear sway bar bushings, regardless of the size of your rear sway bar.

Stock, the front bushings are MUCH larger than the rears.

I'm guessing that the big ones with the brackets should replace the front bushings and brackets (you'll need to lower the subframe a little to get the old brackets out), and the rear ones just swap into the stock brackets.
