I think my SVT is cursed!!!

Well as a few of you know, about a year ago (actually two days after I bought my SVT) a kid hit my car and ran from the scene. Well luckily some people saw it and got his plate. So right off the bat I had to have the rear bumper painted. Well wouldn't you know it almost exactly a year and one month later I come outside this morning to find that my car once again was involved in a hit and run. This time I truely do not think the driver will be caught. Instead of just simply painting the bumper though, now I have to replace the entire back bumper, drivers side rear tail light, and have work done on the quarter. I couldn't believe it, it happened again!!! I know I said that I wanted to get the back bumper repainted after the horrible job my "friend" did on it. (never do business with friends, it never turns out well and you end up with a mismatched bumper) After this I got to thinking and I'm almost certain that my car is cursed. I'm just worried to see what is going to happen to it next year. In preparation for next year I think I am just going to sell the car once it gets fixed. Any takers?? I know you all are just waiting to jump on this one....

Kinda doubt that. I'm not the type to go around busting up other people's cars. I actually have respect for people's property. Plus if I did hit another car I would have the balls to own up to my mistake.
 
Rob, Grant told me about this last night. That sux. Don't be down though, your car is too nice to give up on. :cool: We'll be keeping an out out for an replacement parts. I'm also sending you some psychic "good Karma", so be on the lookout for it. :laugh: Be strong, grasshopper.

I kind of doubt it's the parking spot, more like sh*tty luck. It happened in a parking lot by where I work last time and Sheetz parking lot this time. And I'm pretty careful about where I park after the last time. I just didn't expect to have my car hit in a Sheetz parking lot at 4am.

Did you ask the manager at Sheetz if they have cameras in the parking lot? I know the one near me has a camera, might be worth checking out.

You need to put salt around your car. Seriously. Stop laughing Allen. ;) A continuous line of salt, no breaks in the salt line, all the way around your car. It will take away the bad luck you are having with the car.

Already checked to see if the camera's at Sheetz covered it. Of course the place where I was parked the camera's didn't cover. Go figure....
 
Bummer. It figures. :(

I wasn't kidding about the salt either. :)

LMAO! No powerful JuJu. ;) I have no idea why I win at Carlisle, so many sweet looking rides to choose from. I think I'll leave my car dirty this year. :)

LMAO - I was reading that & thought ... "there's Christine with the salt again" & started laughing . THAN I read the part about me not laughing - I laughed harder :D :D !!
