Everything was fine today untill I decided to go get my car washed since it looked terrible with all the salt and what not. I go to a touchless car wash. Everything is fine, get out driving back I feel in the lower RPMs some major bucking/hesitation. I was like you gotta be kidding me! Maybe it might be the cold, got home and garaged it for 2 hours so I guess nothing would freeze up. Everything under the hood seemed fine with no lose plugs or anything. Went out for a test drive again the saaamme thing! I noticed putting my car into second gear quickly and flooring it from 2500 RPM, the car hessitated and bucked all the way to almost 4k :blackeye:

wtf is going on here?!? Its been bitter cold here and every morning the car started up fine and ran perfect. After this stupid car now this..any ideas?:help:

i dont know, but i'm really starting to get sick of this cold weather. i woke up this morning with a completely dead battery. i didnt leave anything on. had to call AAA to give me a jump :(

This has happened to me after going puddle jumping for a while. I let the car sit overnight, and it was fine the next day. Hope nothing's too wrong for you.

HOPEFULLY!! I mean its really odd considering the car was like perfectly normal 5 min before the wash..I was like are you serious after it started bucking?!

Why not just bump start it?

Goonz, try putting a hair dryer up to your filter for awhile, not up against it cause it might catch fire, but close enough so that hot air will warm and evap any water that may have gotten on your filter.

My filter is usually well covered but given the are where it is and how low it is, your right that may do it.

Yah, Im thinking you got water in the intake somehow. Let it sit for a while and it should be fine. The water should evaporate, but it might take a while considering how cold out it is.

the last time i washed my car it bucked, i went home and took out the plugs. one of the electrode's conductors (the white porceline part?) had broken off and slid down the electrode, covering it and making it miss erratic-like. i changed the plugs and away i went :) strange coincidence? i dunno!

what you mean?

I can't fit in car washes for one reason or another around here. When i had stock/eibach it would hit on the subframe connectors

now i can't even get into the driveway of most do-it-yourself places:cry: Time to bust out the allen wrench
