1)Tires look too narrow for the wheel

2) Wait for it....wait for it......rub a DUB DUB. Unless you did some serious fender massaging

Damn, those tires look like 205's stretched. I think you need to get a 235 width in order for to look right.

Chrome is fine, but those wheels are atrocious.

So that's how far 8.5" sticks out? Thank God I didn't get those 18x8.5's, regardless of the 225's I was going to stretch onto it :D

BTW - 30 series tire? My GOD! :D

I for one like those wheels they wont work on my car, but on his it matches the rest of the car.

not much extra room left. i like the carpet, do you park your car in the living room.

I agree, I like the stretched look. I have a mild stretch on my 18s (215 on an 8" wheel) Not nearly as radical as what you have running, but even with the mild stretch I'm paranoid when I drive around corners that the wheel's rim is going to contact the asphalt, or I'll clip a pothole (no hard cornering on those) I have no idea how you guys in Europe can drive around like that (maybe having decent roads helps)

I dunno...to me it just looks like someone does not know how to buy the right size tires

not to mention this

Counting the days untill you get some wicked curb rash.

the stretched tires make no problems around corners we drive it with enough pressure i fill in betwen 2,8 and 3,0 bar ( 40,6-43,5 psi )than the tire is hard like stone and the good tires have very strength flanks .before i drive the 7,5x18 i have the 215 of a 9 X 16 that was stretched . 1 month ago my right front tire burst at 95 mph on the freeway so i must drive 10 km to the next place on the tire flanks than i get two new tires and i can drive further .the weehl are ok it had no scratch

we know to buy the right tire size in german it is a question of cover .the TÜV said the tireprofile must be covered from the fender from the middel to 45 degree to the left and the right side and we love it if the wheels stand a little bit outside so we buy smaller tires and we stretch it on the weehls so the profile is covered and the wheel stand a little bit outside . I hope that explained it correctly

A little more on this... These regulations are where the widebody kits come from.

No, excuse the stereotype, mexi-mobiles with extenders over here!

Oh, and the bodywork is different on a Mondeo... suspension is the same, but might not rub like our fenders.

I like it...
