Ive got 1 speeding ticket on my Record.(2 if you go as far back as 03)

Both of which are out of state, both of which are in cars that you wouldnt think one would get them in.

83 in a 65 in wisconsin (He let me off easy, clocked me over 130) In a 1991 Bronco over 195k Miles on it

82 in a 70 in Montana in a rental Pontiac G6

Never been pulled over in the contour. Never pulled over in the mustang for speeding (he pulled me over for tweakin the tires off the line... It was sandy..)

3lduratech does what we all do here. you could do all the work that chris does for less money, but.......

*you would have to find an engine with 30k or less like chris does, from a reputable salvage yard

* you would have to take the time to do the swaps on engine parts and the cutting necessary to make everything fit

* you wouldnt have a warranty other than whatever the salvage place covers.

i live about 30 miles from where chris lives, but i still did my own work. simply because i had more time and less money. if i didnt know anything about the swaps, i would just pay a little more, and order one up, and have it drop in ready.

Check the site we lowered the prices slightly and dropped the full 3L from the site. The full 3L install seemed to be a little too confusing for people to install. I'm very efficient at porting heads now so I don't mind it as much as I used to.

That, and it preserves the majority of the factory components which makes it easier to get service work done in the future.
I mean your customers are buying your prepped engines because they can't do it easily themselves, then it only makes sense to keep it somewhat compatible if they ever have to take it to a service shop.

I think Blackcoug provides a valuable service and so far has had a great track record. In about the past two years I have heard nothing but good comments about his products/cars and they seem to dyno pretty well too.

Am I the only person on this forum that finds it hard to believe ANYONE would be "let go" after being clocked at 130mph?????

It's Wisconsin :)

Was almost 2am and i pulled over before he could get out of his spot.
I wasn't racing any one, and i was alone on the freeway, and on the way home from a last rites for my Grandmother.
He could see i was tired and was doing what i needed to to stay awake.
My Fiance was sleeping in the passenger seat (GF at the time).
I was all of 21 Years old

It is wisconsin. They bring you down to the cop shop if you can't pay on the spot. One of my freinds was doing slightly over 100 and when he was pulled over, the cop had his gun drawn and told him to get out of the car and on the ground.

Truckers actually do it all the time. some **** about the rush & fear keeps you alert & your eyes open. Doesn't ever help me but the contour is so comfy up there I guess I don't feel like i'm in any danger.
