Water pump yes...
Alternator yes...but you have to cut off some ears so it'll fit (very easy)
Starter no...because the starter is on the tranny, not engine (but yes you can use the same starter)
And yes, everything else will work. Including the valve covers.

If you plan on using 2.5 lim you will need to port match the intake ports on the 3L to match those of the 2.5 lim.

Thats a good deal. I got the motor today 14k on it out of an 03 tauras. $550
