3L Build makes people tired

They have one lift and several works bays. They also have a full car paint booth, several sand blasting cabinets, a huge powdercoating area, and more tools to rent than you could ever need to do anything you ever wanted to a car. Their rates are a little expensive in my opinion but what do I know. You can check out their website at www.painterslane.com to get an idea of what they're like.

Ive done some work there. My buddies dad used to own the one off of 747, but he sold it for lots of cash. So why am I always excluded from these Cincinnati things? Nobody must like me :(

I take my sweet time for swaps  They are extremely tiring, I usually do them by myself for >90% of them and am sore/tired for at least a few days following the swap. The more people you have that know what they're doing the faster it goes. It usually takes me about a week for my swaps ~20-25 hours. That includes complete engine removal from the time I jack the car up plus building the engine to go in (heads, cams, everything) then putting the new engine in and hooking it all back up. Though I think I'm getting better  But I'd rather take my time and do it right then fugg something up and do it all over again.

I've done two swaps this year in the MTX platform and one in a Ford Probe, my engine swap limit has been reached  pretty soon my arms are going to fall off.

You dont have a contour anymore!! Haha no I mention something to Dave I forget what he said but the swap wasnt that fun really alot of tiring work.

Actually the SVT is NOT NOT NOT sold....yet :D She still mine so I can change my mind :)

Well depends if buyer falls through. But I sure do love this car. Everytime I go to sell it I take her for a drive and fall back in love. Damn her for being so nice :)

I can't be sure about their insurance policy but I do know that when you apply for a membership or even bring a guest in you are required to sign a waiver releasing them from anything that may happen.

So david how much would it cost with parts to throw a 3L in my baby :)

Well there's not a simple answer to your question. Whatever the cost of the engine is plus all the stuff you want to do to it, and of course a cut for me. Answer your question? And the second problem is that with me in school I'm limited to weekends which I value and don't really want to devote to cars anymore. But if you're serious about it that is a project I'd be willing to undertake on my winter break. The only problem is you'd have to find a place to do it because I don't have anywhere and I'm not doing it outside lol.
