96 SE Autocross Ownage Video

I took my daily driver which is a bone stock 96 Contour SE to the local autocross's this past sunday. I put some SVT wheels with the stock BFG KDW's, not the best tire for autocross specially given that they are atleast 7 years old, also had many many heat cycles.

Either way, I was able to take down a couple of Impreza WRX's, Bmw's and some other cars. I also placed 2nd within my class.

Nice! Amazing how those courses seemingly make no sense unless you are actually driving them. Its hard to make sense of from a camera or casual glance.

I remember the first time I went I was like how the frick am I gonna know where to go! But usually it just comes. . .
