All four o2 sensors going out and fuel rail pressure low?

yes I do believe the fuse for the O2 sensor heater circuit is in the engine fuse box. if that fuse is blown then you would get codes for all four O2 sensor heaters.

Since you have a 2k SVT you might want to install an updated pump. what pump did you install? The one from the SVT Focus? If you used one from a pre99 I am not sure the PCM could control it correctly.
 
I got an airtex POS from autozone, i had a focus SVT one in my hands once. but the pump was alot of money for me to keep, and its still too pricey for me since im broke
 
Not to jump in I'm having the same thing all for o2 sensors say there bad it's a 98 svt bank 1 sensor 1&2 .....bank 2 1&2 I swapped out just the pump o2 run 60 each any help
