Anyone ever done this?

Yeah i had the same idea of painting the cowl hood like that, but i was going to do it from the lower edge of the hood where it goes up to the cowl part of the hood. I wasnt sure how it would look now i might consider again after seeing yours. But mines T-red so will see. Decisions decisions!?!
