Axle nut ..

If you're paranoid, you can stake anything, all it takes is a sharp punch. No need however, the 200 ft.lbs. seems to hold it well. On Focus there were problems with those (rear this time) not being tightened enough on new cars, and a subsequent recall. My wagon had special little add on locks to prevent backoff, stupid me went to remove rear drum and broke one of them off. A left handed allen bolt drilled into center of axle stub. I changed the axle bearing and loctited plain type axle nut on, been fine for over a year.

For anyone that cares- the locking spindle nut axle nut wasn't available at Napa (guy couldn't even bring the part up-it was as if it was blocked), nor at Autozone or Rock Auto or advanced auto parts.

Wound up buying it from Ford dealer for $16.18 plus tax. Ford part number is F5RZ 3B477 A

And yes I did use a torque wrench @210 ft. lbs

and No if you are doing a brake job, you don't need to take the nut off to take of the the rear drum...but i'm just stoopid that way-LOL
