so i was thinking about getting a BAT bar. my only question is... does it affect the plushness of the ride? i currently have eibach springs on brand new svt struts..... i replaced all my stock sway bar bushings and end links with the updated stuff. it handles pretty stiff, but i want a little bit tighter feel when i really get into corners. i'm running 225/45/17's on my focus SVT wheels right now. nitto neogen's. i know they are not the best tires for a road course but i'm going to play on one a couple times as a beginner this year so i hope they are good enough until i get comfortable and start pushing the limit. anyhow.... how does the BAT bar feel?

I have the Bat rear bar with Bilsteins and stock SVT springs. I like how the car corners flater with less understeer. To get the most out of the car I would need stiffer lower springs but I'm not going there. I want a comfortable ride. YOu have the springs, tires, and wheels so the Bat bar will complete the suspension for you. If your car understeers at the limit then you need that rear bar!

The Bat bar makes the feeling 10 x better during cornering. The back feels as if its almost one with the front. I felt an instant change when installing mine!

I have a 21mm by the way if you are thinking of doing this soon speak to bradness or think about investing into the BAT Reinforced Subframe because the stock Rear Sway Bar Holding points become very weak and stress/ eventually break so your sway bar isnt even working. I learned this the hard way.

i definitely suggest getting the BAT sway bar. when i put mine on i was sitting on bilsteins and h&rs. and it handled well. but after i put the 21mm BAT bar on the whole car rotates soo much better. it damn near eliminated all understeer and under some cornering actually begins to oversteer. i could feel an instant change the first time i drove it after i put it on.. ide say get it. fairly easy to instally to, just give it a nice hard push and it'll go in
