BAT euro kit... front lower than back

I took the cheap way and went with intraxx springs.. and was pleasantly surprised with the all around drop, also the ride quality isn't bad at all. Almost as soft as stock. These pics were taken a while ago before the svt front went on. I haven't measured the distance from the bumper to the ground but there is just barely enough clearance to get a floor jack under it with the svt bumper. The wheels are 18 x 7 i think and i haven't had any issues with rubbing.

I think the intraxx springs ran me $112 before shipping from summit

Those wheels look nice what kind are they? I really like that drop the Intrax Springs give I think I'm taking my H&Rs off my SVT.

I honestly don't know what kind of wheels they are. The only emblem on them anywhere is an "RS" on the center cap. I haven't been able to find anything really similar online anywhere. I bought them a few years back from a guy in michigan. They have just been sitting in my garage for quite a while now, if you're interested send me a pm, I would probably let them go for pretty cheap.

yea you see though i have a mirko, and I need a height that will not make my mirko scoop up fiine debris..I give that BAT that, that it alows my mirko a lot of clearance.

The BAT kit on my '95LX dropped the nose a fair bit lower than the rear, but I liked the raked stance more than the alternatives. Ride & handling felt about the same as my '97SE on stock components, except for the very occasional tire rub. It was nice to firm up and improve the ride on the '95, but I don't feel any compulsion to replace the factory setup on my '97 at all. At least now I don't have camber issues. :)

You'll enjoy it, Bat kits are just like stock.

My BAT kit was considerably firmer than stock. I feel a LOT more road with the BAT kit compared to my stockers. Of course, my stock struts were pretty much toast... The nose dive under braking & body roll in the corners is nearly GONE with the BAT springs - which is one of the key factors I considered when purchasing.

I just got a set of BAT struts for the daughters Zetec & will install them with her stock springs. She likes a softer ride for her car.

I can't blame her there. I like my comforts too.

wtf! dude Ive had mine for like 25K miles, and after taking off mty 18s and my mirko, the car looks higher in the front then in the back (with a 1/4 tank of gas left). Yours looks lower!! weeeird!

Im kinda gettin sick of the BAT springs, maybe I might bite the bullet and get eibachs

sell me ur mirko before you destroy it then....

Your drop doesn't look that crazy I don't get how so many people mess up their Mirkos. Mine has 2 very small chips and I don't really take much care either.

its not messed up at all, physically its perfect...its just the paint in pitted badly, but thats no biggy

It's possible to have them installed wrong too. That could add to the ride height problems.

I have a set of new Eibach's for sale if anyone is interested. PM me because I'm not up to 50 posts yet for the new forum.
