blew the motor... which year 4 cyls swap in?

I have a 95 2.0L with a 5 speed.

needs a new motor.

What year motors will directly swap in?

Can I get a motor from an automatic and just swap the flexplate/flywheel and get a throw-out bearing, or are there more differences.

OH OH OH! want a new clutch?

I have a BRAND new OEM clutch that I bought for my 96 before I sold it, never installed.

comes with PP, disk and TOB. If you are pulling the motor you mide as well get a new clutch, I paid $300 for it brand new (which it still is) you can have it for $150 if you want it.
