Yikes, you'd think it was a Consumer Reports test instead of a C&D test!

i have from the contour svt road and track, car and driver and few more if anyboidy is interested just tell if is not illegal to scan and post
 
ok i will post some have here in my work and will scan more in my house i have mexican magazines with contour test, i will scan all i have i have a video too in vhs i have buy in ebay buth is 500mb is from SVT have the lightnin the contour
 
You're right ... they obsess about the same things Consumer Reports obsesses over! CR is one of the reasons I hate the trunk hinges so much on the Contour and my Maxima (the only unfulfilled requirement I had for my new car). This article went so far as to do a picture comparison!
 
It's quite hard to believe that C&D gave the Cirrus a "10" in exterior styling, while the Accord and the Contour only got a "7". "Chubba Chedda" and crew must've been smoking da weed for that rating.

Just for kicks, I looked up the '95 Contour, Accord, and Cirrus on the CarTalk.com survey page, and came up with some interesting numbers. They have three quick indicators for the results: "Do you like this car?", "Would you recommend it?", and "Would you buy it again?". The Accord came out on top, with scores of 8, 9, and 9 respectively. The Contour was second, with a respectable 8,7, and 7. The Cirrus scored (and I kid you not) 4, 1, and 1.:crazy: I know hindsight is 20/20, but wow.
