Took these last Sat. Took pics of the cars I found most appealing as usual. About 900 cars in attendance.

Rat Rod group. My new found appeal!

Nice 87' Turbo "T", the name T-Type was dropped after 86' but that car is basically a T-Type:shrug:  Not diggin' the 70's era wheels though, Keystones belong on a jacked up "Monte Carslo" w/ dual cherry bombs and lights underneath.

Now, about that yellow 67' Camaro with the body color painted torque-thrusts:drool:

Simply amazing!

If this were actually a custom rod, I would agree with you, but it's a manufactured rod. It is even serial numbered on the upper left hand side of the firewall (upper right side of photo). I'm sure it is probably not much different than a Factory 5 Roadster, a kit that someone completes, but everyone knows they are looking at a fake when viewing a Factory 5, whereas this car could be mistaken for being the fruit of someones toil and labor. That's not to say that the builder did not do some nice finishing work, the interior is flawless, but I have to wonder how much of it was outsourced. Edit: Here is the kit company's website http://www.wildrodfactory.com/lineup.htm build your own or order completed.

The Custom Merc (red topless) that was down in the park, that was good work.
