"Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 2."
Is this the sensor located on the Y-pipe? Anyone with some info?
I read in the old forum that it can be fixed with mil-eliminators, but at this point i would rather have an O2 sensor for the simple reason that I have to pass emissions in couple of days and I am horrible with wires stuff.
Thanks.

Correct, this is the one near the radiator (the one closest to the ground). When you are standing in front of the car, it is to the right of the Bank 2 (front) exhaust manifold.

If you have only this CEL code, chances are the O2 sensor is faulty (get a new one) or if the wiring is broken (splice it back). If you have this code and P0174 at the same time, chances are the O2 sensor is broken at the tip. Mileliminators will not help you get rid of this code unless the wiring was the issue and the mileliminator was there to splice it up.

The Downstream (aka Lower) O2 sensor cost about $50 and can be installed in 5 minutes. Drive up ramps (or jack up and put on jackstands). Disconnect negative terminal of battery. Remove O2 sensor connector. Use a 22mm or 7/8 inch open ended (crescent) wrench or O2 sensor removal tool to unscrew O2 sensor. Reinstall new O2 sensor or splice wiring and reinstall old O2 sensor.
