It is about the same distance. Lansing is about 1.5 hrs and Novi is maybe 15-25 minutes further give or take.

Shoot we have the yearly Tony Packo's meet in July too, remember that I searched on mapquest he has about 3.5 hour drive for that. That's not too bad. I know it's far away, but like you guys are stating SZ and a few other meets its hard to squeeze in another somewhere in there.

tony packos is a semi-famous coney island in toe-lee-doe. we meet there once a year, and i usually leave parts scattered on the highway and impaled on members cars on the way down. :laugh: :blackeye:

A Central MI meet this summer sometime in July-September would be awesome. I'm new to the forum, but I've owned my SVT for 2.5 years, and I've never known any body else who has had one except for meeting starjammir (Bill H.) this summer. I would love to go to SZ08, but unfortunately I'm in Texas from April-June, so that's out. I just found out about the EGL meet for the super bowl, but unfortunately I already went to GR for the weekend. Hopefully we can get something worked out. I'd love to meet some fellow CEG'rs and get more ideas for my car once I finally get some time to work on it.

I don't think most would go for a July meet, because that'll be around the time the Tony Packo's meet comes around. If you hold one just make sure it don't run the same weekend as the Tony's meet.
