Clutch

I have a quick question and it just weird how when you step into one car than get into yours and everything feels different. I went to a difeo dealer yesterday because they had a focus svt and was curious to see how they drive. So got into the car and the clutch was like paper. I than got into my contour svt and mind felt hard as a rock. It felt very weird but yet I wasnt sure if maybe something was wrong with mine or the focus or aftermarket is just like that.? if anyone has some advice or words it would be dearly appreciated

from what I've heard and read about higher performance clutches, they tend to be harder to put in gear.

Yup my spec stage 2 is harder to get into gear than oem or my friend's svtf's

The clutch moans? My Spec3 never did and I had 3 of them, 4 if you count the one I had in my Mazda.

I think its just the stage 2 that moans, ask anyone they will tell you. I wish I spent a little more and got the stage 3, I will have to upgrade VERY soon anyways

I have no noise with my stage 2 though. I just have chatter.

Thats the clutch chatter, that will happen with any performance clutch

Yep, I kinda like no moaning. I just dont like the chatter I get from it though, or gear rollover
