You do realize that an "engine bay" is nothing more than the space/shapes created by the surrounding pieces of the car.

NO two differing model cars use the same "engine bay", unless they are identical (such as the Mystique/Contour)

The "engine bay" is different if the strut mounts, radiator, radiator support, cores, firewall, subframe, etc are different.
