This is a really nice picture, Calender Quality maybe The eyelids look good on your car, color helps them blend in really nicely.

Sorry, i still just don't think they look right, they look like they're hovering over the light, doesn't look like part of the car or blend in

Yeah, I think my headlights stick out a bit from the edge of the hood, so does the oval. The picture you quoted has some unfortunate lighting that shows the shadow of the eyelid inside the light itself, which exaggerates the effect though. They look good in person.

What do you guys' use to get it to stick to the headlight ? i think they should make a top/bottom eye lid outa' fiberglass.. you could make it 1 peice, by having a small peice curve around the edge of the side marker to get rid of that silver-ish seem, wich is kinda tack IMO. take a look @ mine, i painted around the curve to get rid of it. its kinda tough to see, but i think you'll get the picture...

Would anybody want a top/bottom eyelids ? if so you think they'd make 'em for you guys who want eye lids top/bottom but dont want to paint 'em ?

well im going to try and make my own fg bottom eyelids. but instead of following the curve of the bottom line i want to follow the curve of the top line to give it more or a slender headlight look. ill get some pixs up when i get it done haha alomst ready to start

Here are my cf eyelid pics, finally got them and just temp fitted them. I need a new passenger side light before I can mount them up for good. Please excuse the filthy car.

Yeah you need fogs too, I HATE you .................................. And everyone with cf hoods with rolled edges, that looks sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo smooth makes mine look like my 7 year old made mine. I hate you once again

I cant see how that would NOT interfere with being able to see at night?

I agree...and paint as well as vinyl looks cheap, although vinyl is a good temp way to see if you like it. Reminds me of cars w/ pinstripes over the taillights & kids spray-painting interior panels not-so-tastefully. Cheap mods they think are cool...:shrug:

No hood, sittin on E1's with painted oval. oh and it's missing a passenger rear glass... since that i had HID's, high flow y-pipe, cat, flex pipe, and magnaflow res installed. but im going to be sellin her soon.

so this was no random car jacking, you were targeted or did I miss read that post and it was just stolen. Here in Cali there is a difference in getting Car Jacked and stolen VC 10851 stolen car PC 215 Car Jacking

I got mine on today, and here is an idea to fix the fitment issue I had. I used some vinyl in strips to outline the edge of the light, Therefore, you cant see the lens showing through nor light at night. I think it is a good fix, it blends right in with the rubber surrounding the lens.

You can get through a local sign shop, only need ~24" long x 1/2" wide if you dont get greedy. I was thinkin of different things you can use, you might be able to get by, by using pin striping....
