I really like the looks of the new Merc

I think top gear did the same comparison in this series 10.

except they threw an RS4 into the mix, it was determined that the M3 was still the king of performance sedans/coupes, and everything else was a copy.

However, the Merc was better in terms of an every day use car because of the automatic and there was more rear leg room and trunk space.

I guess its really a toss up, I personally would stick with an M3 any day; but the new Merc is a good competitor, enough to make me think about it anyways

I might be wrong, but when that video was made the sedan version wasnt avail yet.

Pricing on the M3 sedan was announced at $56,800. Well below the C63, RS4, and ISF pricing.

Benz looks the best to me as well!

The Benz is definitely more edgy looking and stands out more. The M3 just looks badarse, but slightly dated. Between the two I think I would still go with the BMW. I would take handling over power

plus, the note that the M3 motor makes screaming up to 8200 RPMs

I've never really been a fan of MB and that car looks too much like a 5 series...haha.
