well the headers need to go in definately but will there be a turbo this summer also ... still not sure but I am learnign towards yes :laugh:


but back on track ... SFG2 PCM with one key will be sent out tonight ...
 
Won't the key for MY SFG2 work for YOUR SF2 PCM?????


you can try but i doubt it ... the keys should all be different and you have to "program" the PCM to recognize the key and since you need two keys to program a third you don't have any options here ... so what I suggest is get a blank non PATS key cut and when you use my pcm use the non PATS key then hold the key for the PCM against the non PATs key to start the car ... this way there is no interference from your key ... it worked for me, also remember PATs is only needed to start the car, not to keep it running, I know I have driven my car this way two different times ...
 
OMG, that sounds like a pain in the :censored: . It might be easier to have Ford reprogram my current SFG2 key to Luca's SFG0 PCM, wouldn't it. Can they do that? What else would I have to change/buy?

you are talking $3 for a non pats key vs $100 or more for Ford to program the key(s) to the pcm ... mine will let you start and run the car like normal as it is now, I just suggest getting the non-pats key so you don't run into an issue with the computer reading two keys at the same time

this will let you check it out and make sure it works, then you could go have ford program your key and I suggest getting a second one to the pcm ... I don't see the reason to pay ford to program key to the pcm before you make sure it makes a difference ...
