FUN FORD WEEKEND URGENT ANOUNCMENT

Yeah I dont see that happening:laugh:Considering tonight is Tiff's bday and I am taking her to dinner tonight, then have to wash the surfer tomorow and go get tech'd in and register and all.
 
I have to bail as well. I can make so much money on side jobs this weekend I just can't pass it up. :shrug:
I do plan on attending either the tail of the dragon or LA meet so we'll see. I really want to come....damn.
 
Well it was a blast, saturday I had some spiking egt's during the time trials so I didnt race that day but sunday came, I did a time trial and they were perfect and after a few races got into the 1/4 finals, final 8 out of like 75 people, only fwd 5 speed racing in my class, got my ffw money winner sticker and a small $25.00 check that I will frame. My best time was a 14.5 @ 103mph that I peddled at the end trying to win. The track was atleast 115 degrees and 80-90% humidity so it wasnt great track for the day but respectable times considering and it was my first time on the track with the car. 13's here I come. The weather was awsome, but it was hot and humid as hell so the track times werent the best but overall a great weekend.
 
yeah, we really lucked out that we didn't get hit with storms. it was definately super hot but a fun weekend! i'll have pics in a day or 2.
