going through some of my photo's on my computer I thought I would share. don't have many most of them are regular photos in my albums. I had 16yrs combined service before an injury took me out of the job, a job I truley loved and dedicated myself to, missed out on some things with my family and in the end gave my body to the service of my communtiy. now I'm retired looking ahead to new things. not sure how this will come out once posted. but me on the roof puting my helmet on after donning my airpak, next pictures top floor fire and me advancing a hose line up the stairs to a top floor job, and my all time favorite picture my wife took of me on the ladder at a huge 3 decker fire

also wanted add pics of my companies, they came out backwards. my first engine company engine #2 group 3 then bid to my last company tower #1 group 2 "elm street trucking company" getting it done!!

also thanks again to kim for teaching me to post pics, I'll never be the same  .

Looks like ur about as crazy as it comes. It truely does take a special breed of people to go running into a burning building that everyone else is running out of. I salute good sir and thank you and your fellow firefighters for your service to your communities.

Cool pics too.

I can never show dis-respect to anyone in your profession. Those are some serious photos, and the funny thing is, I bet you loved every minute of it!

something happened to this pic when I edited my post  .

I'm putting my helmet on after donning my airpak. that's my ugly mug from dept photo in 03 I'm Chris Boivin by the way aka "skunk"

heh you look like the happiest one out of all the others :)

I'm no good around uncontrollable fires like that, you're brave.

You must know all about fires.. My uncle, a non-firefighter used to make some of the biggest bon-fires I have ever seen in my life, at least 10ft. (still)... And used to be so cautious, I couldn't imagine the ones you could make lol

And for the record, I tried for minutes to find the words Skunk on a helmet, couldn't find which one you are (excuse the intoxication)

you are not going to find skunk on my helmet, that is my knick name. I'm easy to spot, the fire withe flames on the top floor I'm the one at the top of the stairs pulling the line up. I'm buy myself on the ladder in the night time pic at the 3 decker job. on the roof I'm kneeling down putting on my helmet and the dept photo my name is under my pic.

thanks for the comments they mean alot.

Lots a respect from here! Ur crazy....... but im more of a run away person....

Hope all went well there....well with the rescue and gettin everyone out/gettin that fire into your control!!
