Has anyone used a pudmonkie heatshield with a zetec?

So years ago, Button Pusher and SleeperZ did posts/details on their intakes/cold air set ups.
Has anyone adapted intake/MAF/IAT set ups to use a filter inside a pudmonkie heatshield, pulling air from the fender, with a zetec?
