Hello Cobalt SS Turbo

Yes Aaron, it's outside under a cover, so when I have to run the engine, I need my seat to be nice and warm.

I think this is the first one of your modded cars to ever see cold weather haha:laugh:. After being in several cars with heated seats my next car will have to have them.

Aaron

Very nice!

I just picked up a '06 Cobalt SS/SC; other than a few issues that I'm working through, it's been quite fun so far.

It's nice to see some familiar CEG screen-names on the Cobalt forums.

Are you effing kidding me?

Just because you're 16 doesn't mean that everyone else is. Did you miss the bit about having a Pacifica, wife, and kids?

Your reading and humor comprehension hasnt improved much since the last time we did this a few months ago? :)

What does having a wife and kids have to do with people wanting to hear their annoying engine sounds? The neighbor is always outside revving his loud mustang and he's the mayor son so why would he do such a thing?

The comment just simply was NOT humorous in any way though...

I was thinking the humor was from the lack of comprehension by him. I quoted and commented on someone totally different than the original poster but he didnt pick up on that.

Looks like I'll be modding this car ass backwards to my typical routine. Normally, I'd do the performance stuff first, but since it's still winter, I decided to add a couple of aesthetic mods to start. No biggies yet, but more are coming, such as the addition of the SS coupe rear extension (lip).

Some pics.

An armrest, can you believe it, it's not even an option but can be bought as a kit from your local GM dealer.

GM Accessories all weather floor mats (Yeh, I know, tacky. :p )

An interior dome light, Cobalts with sunroofs only come with lights in the bottom of the rear view mirror, absolutely useless for rear passengers. A dome light from a non sunroof Cobalt, can be modified (housing), wired, and installed with Cobalts with sunroofs.

And to compare, here's a pic of the car with the original rear spoiler.

Hey Chris, what tune are you thinking about running in your SS:confused: how about the exhaust size/muffler:confused: and intake:confused: I'm looking forward to seeing how this all comes together because if its done anything like your CSVT, its going to be first rate for sure!
