Looking like its coming our way. Should be the first interesting one of the season for the FL people. They always change course so we will see if anything comes this way. Im putting the car in a neighbors garage. The governor has issued a state of emergency. Thats a little bit of overkill because its so early. Whats it looking like in South FL? I thought it wouldnt be here until Monday morning.

Not sure Im going clubbing tonight. Looking forward to taking a day off of work.

I dont think its going to be a hurricane. Only thing News says that it might spawn tornados, but thats the only down side. Its forcasted to run straight over me, so if im not posting anymore or I dont pick up my calls, the power might be out.

I'm glad I live in jaxs! However the power company leave a lot to be desired even without the storms.

I got the shutters up just in case... new propane tank, filled the water tank, bought tons of water and batteries... i'm ready if it does hit us, but if we are out of electricity, good thing i work at a hotel with a huge generator, and I already made reservations at 25 bucks a night just in case!

Fay... Meh. If the roads are empty when it's here, I will definitely have a little fun.

I'm ready for the hurricanes. Plenty (and I mean plenty) or rounds for the Walther and AR, and the Samurai is gassed up and now has a better suspension and a winch. I'll go anywhere and do as I please  Don't think about stealing my shiz!

This one shouldn't be a big deal anyway.

I never knew you were packin! I have the glock 26 with 2 extra mags and the mossberg 500 for the house. There was some freak storms earlier today but thats all the rain Ive seen. The car is gassed up and I got 93 octane for 3.78 a gallon today. A lot of gas station are out of gas now.

I love firearms! I'd have more, but the budget only allows for so many. I have a few lined up as the next big purchases, but I've pulled the trigger on something much different that's put a damper on the fun money (details later). I don't have a CCW (yet), but I love to shoot. I'm from Ocala, what did you expect?!

Dont worry I worked through the entire storm. Ive got stronger winds coming out of my arse.:shrug:

Yeah the wind was pretty lame but the tornados watches had me on my toes. Im more afraid of those things. They say it might gain some force when it hits the atlantic and goes back in land towards Jax and lower GA.

i put up the hurricane shutters for nothing, and went to sams club and almost got beaten up by 75 year old ladies cause I wass taking too much water, for NOTHING... lame lame storm!

It was a nice breezy day for me. Around 7pm it was pink and purple outside and the clouds were moving by pretty fast. Very nice looking.

Looks like rain headed this way for the next few days. My girl works at an answering service and she that some businesses here are talking about closing because of the storm... it ain't even gonna be that bad by the time it gets around here (not schedule for direct hit here anyways). We need the rain here. I just hate my driver side window is broke and half-way down so I'll always have to be covering it and getting soaked if I have to drive in the rain.
