On my lunch break I ran down for some taco bell and while in line to get my food something happend with my tranny. It has no gear and the shifter is very sloppy you can put it anywhere! I thought the cable might have broken but it seems to be fine, didnt make any noises and it drove just fine to get lunch so if anyone knows whats up please chime in! Thank you

Check to make sure a cable end didn't slip off the shift tower. It is common for these bushings to wear and the cables can just slide off. Turn your wheel all the way to the right and get on the ground looking through the wheel well at the transmission where the cables attach to the shift tower. It is pretty easy to see and even reach with the car on the ground. You might need a good flashlight to get a good look though. If the shift cable end did fall off, slide it back on as a temporary fix and shift gently through the gears until you order a new shift cable end from Bill Jenkins. :)

Check the cable ends under your shifter as well if you didn't already to verify that they are still on at that point. The most common point of failure is right at the shift tower though. Worst case is a broken shift tower bolt.
