we had that issue in Midland once, HUGE snow storm, knocked out half of the town's power. I was plowing my driveway with our snowblower and looked out to find the plow truck doing a burn out in the street because he couldn't push the snow anymore. There was burnt rubber smoke everywhere. it was awesome.
