July Meet

don't laugh, I still go down to the place near my parents for hair cuts also. be going there since 1990 or so ... I can tell the newer staff that i recall all three locations they have had in the same shopping center :blackeye:

Yes you've been going done there until now when I started cutting your hair  So now you don't have to. It saves you gas and money

Couple of quick things...

-LauraSVT is even cooler in person than he is on here.
-Zorrex cracks me up
-Brapple's car is a monstour, and the workmanship is
-JScullin's car is absolutely gorgeous (I would touch them headlights
all day/night long. So let me know if you want me to work on them.)
-Zetecfreddy needs to CALM DOWN with the bass:laugh:
-Laura is a beautiful girl
-Skunk's car is so clean, you could perform surgery on it

-I will be at any/all NE-CEG meets I can possibly attend. You guys were great!

Thanks for the planning, Jessica!

Your welcome wannabe. It looks like everyone had a awesome time, I sure did and I'm so glad you all were able to come. I'll have to think of my next meet that I'll plan, since it went so well. Any suggestions?? haha!!!

Couple of quick things...
What about me?
J/K!!

It was a great meet, good to see some of you again and also meet new faces. Sorry freddy for being a little too forceful with the introduction, I'm like that sometimes.
Thanks Jess for organizing and turbo_fox for hosting! I wish I could have stuck around longer. Hope Ian's brake conversion went ok!

Sorry I didn't get to see you Skunk! We'll have to meet up again sometime.

I couldn't remember your sn!

Your Scooby is Hawt! And you're a pretty chill cat!

I'm sure the grape will be fine. But with how that car is going, 2 more brake rotors just means 2 more vibrations:laugh:

The brake swap went all right. It is partly chopped, and not fully done. The more and more I delve into the Contour the more and more I find inconsistencies with different vehicles! For some reason my drum brakes didn't come with pressure reducer valves (slightly confused by this) and it made for an *interesting* temporary brake line routing, which will be addressed on Monday morning. Also, I will be ordering new e-brake cables from Bill Jenkins on Monday, and will see what I can do about replacing those...Gotta drop the exhaust to do that.

It was nice to see you guys again, and nice to meet you Freddy! You pack some intense bass into that trunk of yours . And a SPECIAL thanks to turbo_fox for getting that brake swap done! And of course another special thanks to Jess for planning this thing out. We had been having difficulties putting meets together :).

We conducted a quick pole and, apart from learning who was jailbait, I was 2 years the elder. If I heard him right at least.

Such a young buck for someone who fondly remembers the 80's.
