Never would have thought I'd find one in a JY. It still actually had parts still on it too. They must have got it in this week. Because we had 3-4 ppl asked us what we were taking today. We said everything.:laugh: Eurotour and I went to work.

List of parts we found: B&M shifter, E1 wheels, front bumper, white HVAC and headlight switch surround, sunroof motor, SVT gauges, SVT UIM/LIM, SVT TB, pass. side skirt, midnight blue seats in great shape, 19 lb injectors, aftermarket MAF adapter and an SVT PCM. I think it came from Detroit to a Grand Rapids auction and then ended up at another JY 20 miles away. I wish the rear bumper wasn't missing a chunk out of it. Otherwise a whole car. I think it was taken by rod bearing or maybe diff. failure. Trans. looked good though.

Why is that car so heavy. Mine isnt that heavy. Maybe I should be posting in the drunk thread though lol.
 
can you go back and take pictures of the rear bumper? if the price is right and you are willing to pull it i would be willing to buy it off you.
 
Dude I would still take the rear bumper. You could get it repaired and keep it or sell it. They are well over a $1000, for even a damaged one. I kept my old one after I got hit at Costco and they didnt leave their insurance info. :mad:

Parts will be in classifieds soon enough. I don't know how you'd repair the rear bumper unless you used your own for the large chunk missing.
 
I remember that car from YEARS ago......
It was traveling through Ohio with Michigan plates, the guy was driving like a moron trying to catch up to me on the highway. I actually think it was my first SVT sighting while driving my SVT. I posted about it in the old forums, then got flamed because it was one of my first posts and I made a comment about how fast we were going on the highway. I thought it had a 3L or some sort of boost, as I got left in the dust and he was keeping up with my buddies WS6! Unless some other black SVT from MI has that red decal on the front fender?

EDIT:....I just tried searching the old forums and I couldnt find my post, oh well

A jackarse owned this for sure. You can tell the age of the person who owns them usually. Had terribly done tinted tinted tails and parts of the interior were painted gloss black. Dynamated everything.
