LED Shift Knob

been talking bout this for ages in UK, and if ya need it, ya shouldn't be driving!!!

Been said about a sequential, it wont work on them, as it learns where your gear stick is, in each gear, so each gear needs to be in a diff position, and for the price, tis way too expensive
 
Looks cool, but would probably have little purpose unless you drive a car with a unique gearshift.

e.g. older Mercedes-Benz goes like this:
R 2 4
1 3 5
 
I think i'd probably pick one up if it weren't so expensive. it looks pretty nice.

and anyone who buys one doesn't buy it to help them determine what gear they're in. its purely cosmetic :crazy:
 
I think it is cool myself. I couldnt see installingt it in the SVT though - colors are just wrong. Be kinda coolin my Z4 though (red interior lights & comes with a little spotlight that shines a red light over the stick at all times.)

- For that kind of money I would have to pass - atleast until I saw it anyway. A lot of times stuff like this is cheaply made and just breaks in a month or two.

That said - if they made one that was green & would match a little better to a Ford I would pick one up. :)
