MAF counts reading 5 when ignition off?

Trying to make sure everything is in line for a final dyno tune. I've been having issues when cold starting below 40° where it struggles to keep alive for a few seconds before smoothing out. Above 50-60° it starts w/out issue (and even after starting again in the 40's). Looking at the logs my MAF AD counts show it as 5 when the car is off, and I believe it's supposed to be 0. I had a spare MAF and swapped it out and that reads 6. When I test the connector I'm getting 0v with ignition off and 12v key on, ground is showing fine.

Car runs fine otherwise after warming up and A/F ratios are within range (for a car that's only had logging done on street). Not sure where to look but will start w/some wiring issue somewhere. Attached some screens and a log if anyone can give insight.
