Looking for a cheap intake solution for the CX7. The only intake available is almost $300. Took the AEM off of the 6 and figured what the heck.

Everything fits perfect. Car runs good, better response, better sound (can hear the turbo spool) and the midrange/top end power has improved. Did I mention this new only cost $130?

How do you like the CX7? I'm not sure what the hell I want to get next year now that I sold the Cougar.. I definately want boost though, thats a for sure!

Just test drive one. I had my doubts but after driving one I am very impressed.

A little something some of you may not know.....this "SUV" in the slalom was only 1 MPH!!!!! slower than the WRX.:help:  This thing handles like a car.

yah isnt the tagline something like the SUV with the soul of a sports car or something?

I've been thinkin either Mazda CX7, Subaru WRX, Saab 9-2X or the Vovo S40 -- I havent test driven anything yet as I dont want to buy until Jan or Feb of next year.

does it require at least 91 octane fuel? I have seen a few F/I cars coming out that only require 87. Like the Cobalt SS supercharged for example.

As for pics of the ride....soon. Didn't want to post dirty pics.

The 6 is gone. Traded to get the CX7. Definte upgrade.

Im looking at these for my next ride as well, in the wagon shell.

Check out the Saab 9-2X -- its basically the same car but has better incentives right now -- I think its 5-7K off sticker right now which is cool because the Turbo is the Aero model which lists at almost 30K

Wouldnt be for a few months. If anything, Im waiting until I can drop a good down payment, not to mention sell my SVT (get payments as low as possible). I would guess Feb-Mar., so Ill have to wait and see whats happening then.
