Meet July 1...

I'd like to try and make it out there -- don't have any plans for that day as it stands. I'd gladly kick the required amount for burgers and dogs -- I'd do steak if it were a rare ribeye. I think I'd plan to bring my own Budweiser.

OK...just give me a confirmation that you are coming in about a week or so... I am getting fresh cut sirloin Steaks from a local Meat market...they are nice on the grill!
 
Can you do lobster thermidor aux crevettes with a Mornay sauce, garnished with truffle paté, brandy, with a fried egg on top, and spam?

Actually I'm a maybe bordering on no for this meet. :(
 
If you could put me down as a maybe. I would have to look at my work schedule. Its crazy and I never know when I'll be working. So I am sitting on the fence right now.:shrug:
 
I will know next wednesday whether or not I am working. Most likely I am which totally sucks. I will let you know on Wednesday, though. Oh and btw Snipey, maybe we can do your sound system that day :)

Request the day off now and work a day you don't usually work. :idea:
 
Okay I got wheels, hope you don't mind a P.O.S. Cavalier showing up, haha (Pics soon).

Um I'm a Burger and Dogs kinda guy, but I have to make sure I'm definately not working, otherwise I'm definately down. Will let you know tomorrow.

I think it'd be better with a champaign mignonet sauce or an au jus to go with the steak.

Deb and I will be there. Let's hope for good weather. Who's bringing the fireworks? It's close enough to the 4th right?
 
I'm on the pointy fence with this one. I gotta make it to a 25th birthday party in southern CT sat. night and I want to assume I'll be in rough shape sunday morning to drive back up to Mass.

I prefer the car arrive before Sunday or on Monday, the day after the meet...I will not be working on the car or most likely anyone's car that day...The Meet is for rest and relaxation, to meet some new friends, and hang out for the day...

Some very minor mods can be done, but most liely I will try and stay away from working that day! :)
 
ok! im still waiting to figure out my clutch.flywheel combo so it wont be up there by then i dont think. i really want a stage 3+ clutch but new there just too damn expensive.. .
