My turbo 3L hybrid build

And Also can I just have a solid bar made to bolt into place of the roll resistor instead of getting it poly filled? I dont care if its a ruff ride I just wanna make sure it will not damage something else. I had a straight bar put on an old chevy car I had and It worked just fine.
 
Most people here will say dont do it it will be to harsh. however I have poly motor/trans mounts and solid roll resistors on my VR4 and its fine, certainly no worse than the poly roll resistors i had in my SVT. You will have to custom build your own solid roll resistors though as nobody makes them for the Contour.
