As someone who has done a number of autopsies, all I can say is that the fat overlying the abdomen is the first to go (autolyze, liquify). Boobies are separated from the chest wall by a fascial plane, and the chest cavity is completely sealed from the abdomen by the diaphragm, so as long as there was no pre-mortem abscess or there is no break in the skin, dead boobies probably feel the same, just colder (ambient temperature).
